What to expect
Your producer manages the project from the brief through to final delivery. We bring the creative, practical and technical parts together, keep the schedule moving and explain the decisions that need to be made.
Before each stage, you know what we are doing and where we need your input. You approve the production plan before filming, review the edit online and approve the video before the final files are delivered.
We start by confirming what the video needs to achieve, who it is for and where it will be used. From there, we recommend the format, length, message and creative approach.
We then prepare the script or interview questions, contributors, locations, schedule and shot list. You approve the important creative and practical decisions before filming begins.
The crew arrives with the plan, equipment and schedule already confirmed. We film the interviews, presentations, action and supporting footage required for the finished video.
Your producer runs the filming day, keeps it on schedule and helps presenters or interviewees feel comfortable on camera. You can attend in person or join remotely when required.
Our editor selects the strongest material and builds the first version of the video. This may include music, titles, graphics, presentation material and captions where required.
You receive a private review link where your team can watch the edit and provide consolidated feedback. We make the agreed revisions, then complete the colour, graphics and sound.
Once the video is approved, we prepare the master file in the right format for your website, presentations, social channels, learning platform or internal communications.
We can also supply captions, cutdowns, vertical or square versions and other agreed deliverables. The final files are clearly labelled and organised so your team can use them.
