Our 12 month plans include everything you need to launch and grow your content marketing campaign

Ideation

Our team of content professionals will spend the time getting to know and understand your business, agency or department. From this knowledge we’ll develop your total 12 month plan.

Creative Direction

Our team will provide you with your 12 month content calendar, including detailed overviews for each creative style. These may include case studies, product shots, brand pieces or product videos. We’ll make sure you agree and then get creating!

Pre-Production

Because this is a ‘done for you’ approach, the only elements you’ll need to help us with are access to your location, products or people. Everything else is taken care of

Shoots

Our highly experienced video and photography crew will conduct fun, efficient and professional shoots. You’re welcome to join, or just let us do our thing!

Delivery

You’ll receive the content for that month via a private download page. Each asset will be labelled with simple to understand terms, so you never upload the wrong one

Amplification

Once you’ve got your content, it’s over to you! But don’t worry, if you’re not used to getting your content live you can refer to your content plan document, which will outline where and how we suggest using your new content.

Data Storage

We keep copies of your master videos on our online backup system, so you’ll never be caught out

What’s Not Included in Our Packages?

These aren’t included in our production packages, but we can add them on when a project requires them:

  • Professional Voiceover Recording
  • Presenters or Actors

  • Additional Crew Members (for specific filming challenges)

  • Additional Editing (out of the packaged scope)

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the most frequently asked questions we receive, if yours isn’t answered please reach out.

We usually ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for us to edit the video content and get you our ‘directors cut’ to you. (Fast turnaround is also possible, please let us know if you require this.) Then as soon as you let us know your thoughts on our edit, we’ll schedule the changes and get your final videos delivered and ready for you to share within a few days.

Most of our clients are happy with our initial cut and only need very minor changes, so we include one round of edit changes in the video production packages. If you’d like additional changes, we’d love to help with that at our edit rate of $175+GST per hour.

Our two person crew will arrive and meet you then have a quick look at the location to pick out the best space/spaces for filming. We’ll then set up the required equipment and be ready to roll! Each time we need to change setups in a location there may need to be some time to move equipment and people.

This depends on exactly what you will include in your videos, and what level of production value you require, but if you’re producing a social media video content series using our unique briefing process, it’s possible to produce 10x simple videos in a full day of filming. Your Producer will help you to manage and develop these.
