12 month package terms and conditions
At SVP we believe in transparency, teamwork and coming together for a common goal. That’s why we have some simple terms and conditions for our 12 month packages. Please review these prior to signing on to our 12 month packages.
12 month package
You are agreeing to a 12 month package, for the full total price. Your content will be delivered as per the content calendar and (unless agreed in writing) we don’t deliver content prior to this
Shoot days
Your shoot days will be discussed and agreed with our production team. If you wish to change your shoot days a minimum 48 hour notice is required, otherwise extra fees may apply
Changes in calendar
Once the content calendar has been signed off, changes may incur extra fees (for example, if we need to re-script or re-shoot)
Payments
You agree for SVP to debit your account monthly in line with your signed agreement. If payments are missed or declined (without resolution) SVP will stop work and invoice for all work done (time and materials). You agree to not delay payments.
Limit of accountability
SVP will not be held liable for any damages that occur as a result of our content being utilised. You agree to indemnify us against any damages that may occur as a result of the content we create on your behalf, and the results of your digital campaigns will not be the responsibility of SVP
Footage ownership
Your agreement is for full copyright and ownership of the finished master content (videos and stills). This does not include raw footage, project files or IP developed during production. Copyright is only transferred upon full payment
Refunds
We understand that sometimes things change. You can cancel your package at any time and simply pay out any owing production fees. Please note that we do not refund monthly installments due to a change of mind or circumstances
Our role
SVP is a video production company, specialising in strategic digital content. We will deliver the content as promised and at a professional standard. We are not responsible for any amplification, posting, monitoring or execution past our deliverables
Delays
You agree to allow us timely access to yourself or your team for briefing sessions. You also agree to assist us with access to people, places and business specific items (props etc) for our shoots. If delays occur you understand that this may impact the amount and quality of content delivered within the agreed budget.
Our 12 month plans include everything you need to launch and grow your content marketing campaign
Ideation
Our team of content professionals will spend the time getting to know and understand your business, agency or department. From this knowledge we’ll develop your total 12 month plan.
Creative Direction
Our team will provide you with your 12 month content calendar, including detailed overviews for each creative style. These may include case studies, product shots, brand pieces or product videos. We’ll make sure you agree and then get creating!
Pre-Production
Because this is a ‘done for you’ approach, the only elements you’ll need to help us with are access to your location, products or people. Everything else is taken care of
Shoots
Our highly experienced video and photography crew will conduct fun, efficient and professional shoots. You’re welcome to join, or just let us do our thing!
Delivery
You’ll receive the content for that month via a private download page. Each asset will be labelled with simple to understand terms, so you never upload the wrong one
Amplification
Once you’ve got your content, it’s over to you! But don’t worry, if you’re not used to getting your content live you can refer to your content plan document, which will outline where and how we suggest using your new content.
Data Storage
We keep copies of your master videos on our online backup system, so you’ll never be caught out
