Our 12 month plans include everything you need to launch and grow your content marketing campaign

Ideation

Our team of content professionals will spend the time getting to know and understand your business, agency or department. From this knowledge we’ll develop your total 12 month plan.

Creative Direction

Our team will provide you with your 12 month content calendar, including detailed overviews for each creative style. These may include case studies, product shots, brand pieces or product videos. We’ll make sure you agree and then get creating!

Pre-Production

Because this is a ‘done for you’ approach, the only elements you’ll need to help us with are access to your location, products or people. Everything else is taken care of

Shoots

Our highly experienced video and photography crew will conduct fun, efficient and professional shoots. You’re welcome to join, or just let us do our thing!

Delivery

You’ll receive the content for that month via a private download page. Each asset will be labelled with simple to understand terms, so you never upload the wrong one

Amplification

Once you’ve got your content, it’s over to you! But don’t worry, if you’re not used to getting your content live you can refer to your content plan document, which will outline where and how we suggest using your new content.

Data Storage

We keep copies of your master videos on our online backup system, so you’ll never be caught out

We don’t include these in our production packages, but we can add them on when a project requires them:

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions we receive, if yours isn’t answered please reach out to us.

We usually ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for us to edit the video content and get you our ‘directors cut’ to you. (We can do fast turnarounds if required, please discuss with us.) Then as soon as you let us know your thoughts on our edit, we’ll make the changes and get your final videos delivered and ready for you to share within a few days.

Our feedback process is simple. You will receive an online link to your video where you can simply click and write comments. Our production team receives these and, once collated, we’ll action your changes.

Most of our clients love our ‘directors cut’ an only need very minor tweaks, so we include one round of edit changes in the video production packages. If you’d like additional changes, we’d love to help with that at our edit rate of $200+GST per hour.

Our crew of two will arrive and meet you then have a quick look around to pick out the best space/spaces for filming. We’ll then set up the required lighting, sound equipment and cameras and be ready to roll! Each time we need to change setups in a location there may need to be some time to move lighting and sound equipment around a little.

This depends on exactly what you will include in your videos, and what level of production value you require, but if you’re producing a social media video content series using our unique briefing process, it’s possible to produce 10x simple videos in a full day of filming. Your dedicated Producer will assist you in determining what’s possible.

You can book in a shoot from our filming availability schedule here, we can help out with other dates that are blocked out including weekends and public holidays if you give us a call or email to discuss.

We store your raw footage after the shoot should you wish to make future edits. Whilst most of our clients don’t require the raw footage we do offer a purchase option, being 20% of the total production cost + hard drive.

Absolutely! SVP maintains a list of vetted production experts across Australia and Internationally. Please check with us first if your shoot is outside of the 50km range as there may be extra costs depending on the location.
